Wisconsin Lift Truck Wins AGC Order
Wisconsin Lift Truck has won an order from Ariens Company in Brillion, Wisconsin, to provide Jervis B. Webb Company’s SmartCart automatic guided cart (AGC) system. The SmartCarts, joined with Ariens special assembly fixtures, has increased production of the IKON riding mowers by more than 60%. With this upgrade, Ariens’ eight assembly stations provide a stable and accurate production flow, coupled with real-time productivity tracking. The SmartCarts allow Ariens to improve employee ergonomics with adjustable height controls while maximizing operator efficiency.
